A highly palatable formula made with "dolphin-friendly", bite sized chunks of human-grade mackerel, sardines and tuna in a light, natural fish broth. This product is ideal as an accompaniment to dry food, such as Sold Gold Katz-n-Flocken, and is formulated to meet AAFCO Cat Food Nutrient Profiles for all stages of a cat's life.

Made with reduced or restricted levels of minerals such as magnesium and phosphorus, increased taurine, a high level of moisture and a slightly acidic pH (6.1), all of which are thought to assist with the management of Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease.

Contrary to old-fashioned beliefs, ash is not directly associated with FUS (Feline Urologic Syndrome) of FLUTD. Magnesium and phosphorus are thought to be associated with FUS in cats. But these minerals cannot be completely eliminated from the feline diet, since they are important for other functions within the body. Magnesium, for example, allows the heart to rest between beats (potassium makes it beat) and helps the skeleton to absorb calcium. Phosphorus is important for healthy bones and teeth. These minerals should be limited for cats, but not removed from the diet completely, as they are necessary for life.
